Yangtze is a Pan-Asian restaurant in Manchester that celebrates the fusion between ‘Western hospitality and oriental flavours’. From super fresh ingredients to talented wok chefs, Yangtze’s menu aims to be as authentic to its Pan-Asian influence as possible. As for the food, there’s a range of ‘wok-fired creations’ to choose from: think spicy curries, sticky caramel chicken and a whole lot of noodles. The best part?
