It isn't easy to stand out from the culinary crowd in Manchester's Chinatown, but the well-established Yang Sing does just that.

The winner of numerous awards, the Cantonese cuisine offered at Yang Sing is extensive and delicious – there are over 20 soups on offer, a full dim sum menu, and a large vegetarian selection.

Yang Sing's owner and one of the best Cantonese chefs in the country is Harry Yeung MBE, a well-known and much-admired face on the Manchester restaurant scene. Under his leadership, Yang Sing extends beyond the usual run of Chinese restaurants, offering cooking classes, special events and community activities, including monthly storytelling and nursery rhyme sessions for kids.
