This hotel bar and restaurant (it's at the Radisson Blu Edwardian on Peter Street) has certainly ramped up the glam. It's got velvet red walls, near-neon chandeliers straddling corinthian columns, glossy woodwork and even crocodile skin upholstery on the chairs. The menu is adventurous too (spring lamb with crispy feta bon bons, olive powder and picadila dressing, for example) with afternoon tea a good shout for those looking for something a little more traditional. Cocktails in the bar prove popular, too.
