A superlative purveyor of pizzas at Market House, in Altrincham. The superb sourdough is fermented for at least 36 hours, it's then stretched by hand, topped with high quality ingredients and given a 90 second blast in the 450 degree wood-fired oven. The results are really very good indeed.
