A new restaurant from the Asha's chain - it's the first in Manchester and the second in the UK, following the branch in Birmingham. The restaurant is named after - and backed by - Bollywood legend Asha Bhosle, who has put a few of her own touches on a menu showcasing classic and modern interpretations of Indian food.
Expect to pay £13-£15 for most curries (though some pay set you back a little bit more), or splash out on the Emperor's Platter, which for £57 will give you a shareable spread of whole tandoori lobster in its shell, chilli garlic king prawns, barrah, seafood seekh, murg malai and tandoori tikka kebabs.
