From boutique boltholes to luxury pads for very special occasions.
Taking in some of best music venues in Manchester, Psych Fest returns to the city this September with an impressive lineup that marks a very, very, very loud return for live music in Manchester.
Stereolab, Tinariwen and Girl Band top the bill, while bright young things like Dry Cleaning, Stealing Sheep, Kokoroko and Whyte Horses also play.
Psych Fest’s self-proclaimed mission – to bring together the strange, the farout and the open-minded – is well served with bands performing in venues across the city centre, like Gorilla, YES, Deaf Institute and The Ritz.
And it all happens in a single day.

On top of this, the festival has an arts strand and some of the tastiest street food around.
Tickets are on sale now, with more events and venues still to be announced. But let’s face it: those headliners alone – and simply being able to see loads of great bands in so many great venues – should make this year’s festival unmissable. See you down the front!
