Manchester Christmas Lights - the switch on dates are announed

Manchester Council today revealed that the date for the switch on of the Christmas lights will be Saturday November 7 between 7pm-8pm.

Well known as one of the biggest Christmas parties in the UK, the event attracts thousands of visitors to the city centre to catch a glimpse of the spectacular switch-on show, with acts from some of the nation’s favourite performers.

Full details of the switch-on show, including performers and headliners, will be announced in the coming weeks so watch this space.
