The Salford Arms is like a place of two halves.
The good half is really good, with the pub serving ales from some of the finest micro-breweries in England. From Hornbeam and Hawkshead to Redwillow and Redemption, and they each change weekly. They also do a selection of porters, stouts, milds and bitters. The restaurant manu is simple, unfussy and tasty, reasonably priced and there's even a vegan option on the menu.
The hotel is another story, if online reviews are anything to go by so, if you think of this as a local pub / restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
