Yoka Kamada's is one of the most exemplary, prosperous and well-loved restaurants in the area. She started making maki and niguiri in a tiny two-metre-square space and now runs this small Japanese tavern in the heart of the Antón Martín market, in a spot where all the chefs are Japanese. Efficiency, smiles, good raw materials, daily specials, imported objects, sake, green tea cakes, reasonable prices and friendliness are some of the pillars of this attractive market stall. You can eat in or take away any of the trays of sushi or their yakisoba (one of the latest additions).
