You'll find three spaces under the roof of the Palacio de Linares (which also houses the headquarters of the Casa de América) that house the flavours of two continents creating such exotic recipes as the delish pork knuckle tacos with roasted pulled pork, pico de gallo and cilantro, or the diced oriental garlic chicken with garlic chips and fried peanuts. Chef Sergio Fernández, the restaurant's culinary adviser, has managed to incorporate nuances and techniques from across the Atlantic to local classic recipes, resulting in unique dishes.
