Día de la Música

To celebrate European Music Day, a very special festival is on in Matadero Madrid. What's new this year? A dedicated DJ area, and the hours of uninterrupted live music each of the two days take place on just one stage so there's no pesky overlapping of your favourite acts. The festival also recognises the 25th anniversary of the record label Subterfuge, and headliners include Sexy Sadie, Australian Blonde, Dover, Marlango, Najwa, Pauline en la Playa, Carlos Jean, Dr Explosión and Ellos. It'll be a great place to appreciate the best independent music in Spain.
