First appearing some 30 years ago at the height of the Movida Madrileña, Bar Tula has managed to reinvent itself to stay alive and today is one of those places that combines modernity and sophistication. The best things here are the cocktails. Upon entering, the white armchairs, subtle blue and purple lights and the bar all tempt you sit down on one of the stools and order a gin and tonic. They also have armchairs to relax in and host themed parties dedicated to the 80s or Ibiza or for Saint Valentine’s Day. The clientele is a generally more mature, over-30s crowd.
