Time Out says

David Ross and Patrick Tuck met a decade ago as Erasmus students, and they’ve felt called to return to Madrid ever since. The pair yearned to create something personal, which to them meant beer. In 2018, they leapt into action after testing their product at the Vallehermoso market, and Madrileños have been enjoying brews at La Osita ever since.

Ross and Tuck pride themselves on brewing the kind of beers they would want to drink. Right now, this means a light, fresh Citrus Cream Ale, an IPA and a refreshing Cerveza de Mesa. Beer is the name of the game, yes, but La Osita also offers a well curated selection of gins, whiskeys and small-batch wines, as well as culinary offerings from a rotating restaurant partner.
