Time Out says

You won't hear us complain as coffee temples just keep setting up throughout Madrid. To your list of favourites in Lavapiés, such as Cafelito and Pum Pum Café, you can add Hola Coffee, where they serve one of the best brews in town. One of the people behind this outfit, Pablo Caballero, was working with Toma Café, a top reference for coffee growers in Madrid. After learning all the secrets he could, he decided, along with Nolo Botana, to launch Hola Coffee, a pleasing corner with a hipster aesthetic where you can savour every sip of your coffee, whether you have it with milk, choose a filter coffee, or however you take yours.

It's clear from the outset what they have (coffee, black and green tea, toast and biscuits, chocolate, home-made soft drinks, fresh cow's and almond milk, raw cane sugar, clever dripper, batch-brew, WiFi, payment with card, pet-friendly) and what they don't (decaf, juices, artificial sweeteners, soy milk, oat milk, skim milk, lactose-free options, herbal teas, Chemex, AeroPress, V60, payment with a restaurant ticket, avocado toast if it's not avocado season, reservations). Definitely a must for true caffeine addicts.
