El Pez Gordo

Popular with audiences and actors from the nearby Teatro Alfil, the Fat Fish buzzes at night and is fabulously mellow during the day. The main attraction (aside from the photos of the owner's hideous bulldog) comes in the shape of the creative tapas. Try fried plantain with guacamole, goose confit with red fruit compôte, or the patatas Pez Gordo with alioli, anchovies and hot peppers.
