Plaza de Chueca

Plaza de Chueca the centre of the Chueca barrio. In the middle if the square is the metro stop (Chueca, L5), so it's a popular meeting point as well. The square boasts numerous bars that set up terraces in summer, and there's also an organic market and shops with the latest in clothes and shoes. Plaza de Chueca is the epicentre of concerts and cultural activities during the Gay Pride festivites that are celebrated every year at the end of June or beginning of July.
