Time Out says

Exactly what it sounds like, you're invited to pedal out to the middle of Echo Park Lake where you'll be greeted by a floating library. It's all happening in conjunction with the LA Art Book Fair and runs every day from February 11-14 from 11am-4pm. The Floating Library is a project started by Minnesota-native Sarah Peters, who started it to explore "the underused amenity of the urban lake as a civic and creative place."
