The temperature in Pasadena flirted with 30 degrees on Thursday morning, but that didn't stop hundreds of thousands of people from turning out for the 126th Rose Parade. Horseback performers and marching bands from Japan, Mexico and here in LA made their way across Colorado Boulevard for the New Year's Day tradition. Of course, the main attraction was the procession of 41 floats covered in all sorts of elaborate floral arrangements—check out our photos of some of our favorites.
Missed the chance to see the floats in person? There's a post-parade showcase that runs through Saturday.
