Best Friends Animal Society (15321 Brand Blvd) and NKLA Pet Adoption Center (1845 Pontius Ave) are guarenteeing people a New Year's kiss by offering a promotion on pet adoptions from Dec 26 until the rest of the year. For $20.17, you can rescue an animal and bring home a new best friend. All six LA Animal Services shelters will also be participating starting on Dec 27. Hundreds of dogs and cats are fixed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and ready to go home immediately, so now is the best time to adopt a new furry companion.
