Against all odds, L.A.’s legendary mountain lion P-22 crossed the 405 and the 101 and settled in Griffith Park, his home for at least a decade until his death late last year. Now, the National Wildlife Federation will host a free afternoon to honor P-22 held in the late mountain lion’s own backyard. On February 4 at the Greek Theatre, you can hear from special guests about their connections to P-22, as well as find music, dancing and food. Admission is free but tickets are required—and sold out. However, the Los Angeles Public Library is hosting livestreams at a number of its branches, as is Angel City Brewery (and offering $6 pints of its P-22 beer).
