Oktoberfest at Common Space Brewery

For Oktoberfest fun closer to home, Common Space Brewery is throwing a family-friedly, dog-friendly event on Saturday, September 16. The Hawthorne brewery will be organizing classic Oktoberfest games with prizes, including stein holding contests, hammerschlagen (competitive nailing), yodeling, guess-how-many and cornhole. For food, there will be fried chicken and pretzels, and the Gumbo Boys will be on hand to provide live music.
