The Orange County Museum of Art is unveiling its new Morphosis-designed home at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts campus, and to celebrate it’ll be keeping its doors open for a full 24 hours. Starting at 5pm on October 8, you’ll find something new going on just about every hour: Highlights include an opening drumline procession (5pm), a rooftop dance party (9pm), a silent disco (11pm), fireworks and free dessert (midnight), late-night movies (1am), tarot card readings in the galleries (3am), a sound bath (5am), a matcha tea ceremony (8am), aura photography (11am) and yet another round of fireworks (5pm), with all sorts of performances peppered throughout. Like the museum itself, all of it is free to attend.
