As part of their monthlong Food Bowl event series, the Los Angeles Times will host a special $160 per person dinner at Holbox—the Restaurant of the Year, as chosen by critic Bill Addison. Hosted by Food section general manager Laurie Ochoa and chef-owner Gilberto Cetina, the upscale dinner will feature four courses of Yucatecan-style seafood plus dessert. The event also includes passed apps and welcome drinks. Note that Holbox will be unable to accomodate any substitutions for allergies or dietary restrictions.
