This summer, the Ford is holding a series of daytime concerts that are a perfect introduction to live shows for little kids. Each show, best suited for kids ages 3 to 11, pulls in a performance tied to a different local culture or community paired with pre-concert hands-on activities. This year’s schedule includes Philippine folk art and dance from Kayamanan Ng Lahi (June 26), classic L.A. tunes spun by Chulita Vinyl Club (July 17), Polynesian dance and music from Nonosina (Aug 14) and the Bob Baker Marionette Theater’s “Hooray L.A.!” performance (Sept 4). Each $10 adult ticket comes with two free child tickets.
