Immerse yourself in art performances, a skycraper-scaling harp and a DJ set from the Gaslamp Killer at the two-day i3 Arts Fest. The free art event is taking over Grand Park and California Plaza and culminates in an Art Car Ball ($50) at Pershing Square on Saturday night.
