L.A.’s Independent Hospitality Coalition—or IHC for short—is throwing a Monday evening fundraiser party at Guelaguetza complete with food, cocktails and a live DJ. Expect bites from Burritos La Palma, Butchr Bar, Fatty Mart, For the Win, Guerilla Tacos, Howlin’ Rays and more. (Of course, Guelaguetza’s amazing food will also be on offer.) Each $75 general admission ticket includes all food and drink, plus 10 tickets to the party’s multi-prize raffle, which includes free dinners for two at n/naka and Kato, a priority pass to infamously difficult-to-book Hayato and $250 giftcards to Dunsmoor and Bar Chelou.
