And here we thought that by leaving 2018 behind we’d ditch Instagram-friendly pop-ups, too. Well, don’t we have egg all over our face (ba dum…).
Egg House, which has previously brought egg-themed installations to New York and Shanghai, will descend upon L.A. this February. The warehouse space will feature five eggy snack stations and 15 scenes inspired by L.A. attractions, including a Santa Monica Pier-like beach scene plus a pink and blue basketball court that somehow pays homage to the Staples Center (pastel Clippers colors, we suppose?).
The pop-up will take over 1001 Wilshire Boulevard (it’s a nondescript building just on the other side of the 110 from DTLA) from February to April 2019. Tickets are expected to go on sale this January. In the meantime, check out this look at Egg House’s New York run.
