Time Out says

At the Wildlife Learning Center in Sylmar, you can walk around the leafy grounds of this suburban Sylmar sanctuary to see everything from monkeys to foxes anytime. But only for Earth Day are you able to take a Earth Day Conservation Safari, where you'll learn about conservation and environmental awareness and be able to meet a baby sulcata tortoise, arctic fox and baby alligator. Only 20 people are allowed on each tour, which take place April 23 at 5:30, 5:45, 6:15 and 6:30pm.
