The Dark Nights return for another soirée of late-night happy hour deals, street performers, dance groups and DJs. The Downtown entertainment complex is hosting $5 all-night happy hour deals at most of the casual dining spots and free performances. Plus, the price of the usually exorbitant parking is being knocked down to $10.
