Take one last tour of LACMA’s excellent “Every Living Thing: Animals in Japanese Art” on its final weekend, and then follow it up with a four-course vegan Japanese dinner at the lovely courtyard restaurant Ray’s & Stark Bar. Executive chef Philip Martin has gathered seasonal ingredients inspired by the Buddhist ritual of releasing captured animals.
