Enjoy gourmet versions of chain classics at this food festival inspired by the sceney L.A. pop-up series started by actor B.J. Novak and Otium’s Timothy Hollingsworth. As with the original Chain, expect fancified riffs on iconic dishes from Domino’s, KFC, White Castle, Cracker Barrel and more—including the debut of the Koo Koo Roo revival. Other highlights include a Trader Vic’s pop-up and VIP-only lobster biscuits inspired by Red Lobster’s signature cheddar bay biscuits. (Note: As of publication, KKR will only be available in the VIP area.) Each one-of-a-kind dish and drink will only be available during this event at ROW DTLA; $99 general admission gets you over a dozen gourmet bites and access to a cash bar, while the $399 VIP option gets you early access, exclusive bites from Red Lobster and KKR in the VIP Clubhouse and, of course, an open bar. For a whopping $1,299, attendees can skip the walk-around festival epxerience entirely with a full-service buffet at the chef's tasting table.
