California Poppy Festival

To celebrate the annual poppy bloom (for those years when we actually have a rainy season), Lancaster hosts two days of music, crafts and food. Expect to see plenty of paintings inspired by the bright orange state flower. The fest takes place at Lancaster City Park (43011 10th St W), just off the 14 freeway at Avenue L.
