If you weren’t sold on the name alone, then how about the activities: Dog and cat adoptions head to the Arts District’s ale-heavy Boomtown Brewery, with food trucks, baked goods and artwork to complement them. Though you’ll, of course, need to be 21 or over to drink beer, kids are welcome to come for the adoptions and hang out among the brewery’s board games.
