Class is in session, and it's a sweet one you don't wanna miss: In celebration of her new cookbook, "All About Cake," Milk Bar founder, James Beard Award winner and Chef's Table: Pastry star Christina Tosi will teach you how to whip up one of her famous layer cakes, not to mention Milk Bar's famous cake truffles. Each class includes two hours in a hands-on course with Tosi, and you get to keep the strawberry-and-lemon layer cake you make, plus cake truffles and a copy of the new cookbook. What's more, a portion of proceeds helps the organization Baby2Baby, which provides clothing and other basic necessities for children in need. Now that's sweet.
