Academy Museum Free Day 2024

To celebrate its third anniversary, the Academy Museum is offering free admission (a rarity at the Miracle Mile movie museum) on September 29. Catch a screening of Charlie chaplin’s The Gold Rush (2pm), pose in a photo booth in the lobby, drop into a hands-on animation workshop (10:30am–3:30pm), grab some tacos from Fanny’s or fruit at the Walt Disney Company Piazza. Though reservations are sold out, a standby line will be available.
