Time Out says

While December might feel like ages away, reservations for this popular Santa Monica dinner series, originally inspired by Hanukkah, are already live—and some nights are already completely booked out. This year, Birdie G’s guest chefs will include Mozza’s Nancy Silverton (in conjunction with Shaina Loew-Banayan of Cafe Mutton in upstate New York) and Yangban Society’s Katianna and John Hong (with Matt Shaler, the former executive chef of Birdie G’s). In addition to specials, an abbreviated regular menu will also be served. Note the event runs on December 2 to 5, then again December 9 to 12—meaning you’ll need to go on a weekday to enjoy these special-edition dinners. The full lineup of dinners can be found below, with asterisks by the ones we’re most excited about:

*12/2: Nancy Silverton, Mozza, Los Angeles + Shaina Loew-Banayan, Cafe Mutton, Hudson

12/3: Kevin Tien, Moon Rabbit, Washington D.C. + Miles Shorey, Pijja Palace, Los Angeles

12/4: Aisha Ibrahim, Canlis, Seattle + Spencer Horovitz, Hadeem, San Francisco

*12/5: Chad Colby, Antico Nuovo, Los Angeles + Ryan Bartlow, Ernesto’s, New York City

12/9: Katianna & John Hong, Yangban, Los Angeles + Matt Schaler, Los Angeles

*12/10: Jonny Black, Chez Noir, Carmel + Jihee Kim, Perilla, Los Angeles
