Crossing

LA Opera's artist in residence, Matthew Aucoin, conducts this work, which is inspired by Walt Whitman’s experience tending to wounded soldiers during the Civil War. This concert performance will feature Rod Gilfry as Whitman, along with a chamber orchestra. As part of the Off-Grand series, this one-night performance will take place at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
