Located just next door to Alana’s Coffee, this light and airy yoga studio offers a wide range of classes for all experience levels and ages. In addition to the indoor studio, they also offer classes in the back garden space, as well as online Zoom classes. They also frequently host special events, sound baths, teacher training and wellness services, including massage and pain management. There’s also a small shop in front where you can purchase mats, clothing and books.
