A Hollywood mainstay, this boutique lingerie and costume shop on La Cienega Boulevard has been dishing out garments to big-name celebrities (Madonna, Pamela Anderson), Halloween- and- party goers, and more for over 25 years. As the name implies, you'll find risqué variations of all your favorite characters and fantasies, from Cat Woman to French maids and more. Since not everyone enjoys shopping for undergarments in a public setting, the store has a unique (and very affordable) membership requirement to shop. It's probably the only membership in Los Angeles that costs less than metered parking, coming in at just $2 a year.
