The no-frills Echo Park eatery offers Xoia Originals, a mashup up Vietnamese and Mexican dishes: Lemongrass pork carnitas banh mi, chicken curry tostadas, soft tacos with pho-infused beef. While it sounds like a splurge, Xoia won't break the bank—and if you stop by during the week from 11:30am-3pm, you can score a sandwich/soup combo for $8.
