At WOLF, using every last bit of local ingredients—down to the tiniest seed—is the primary focus. The Melrose space, helmed by chef Marcel Vigneron, boasts rustic wooden tables and chairs, accented by a beautiful mosaic-tiled bar. Dishes are based on seasonal Los Angeles ingredients, coming to fruition in menu items such as mushroom risotto and Thai shrimp dumplings with mango, avocado and lemon grass oil. A selection of handcrafted artisanal cocktails are also available, featuring house made sodas, juices and shrubs.
