As part of executive chef Andreas Roller's whole animal dinner series, the second installment will feature a whole roasted Berkshire pig dinner at Nick & Stef's Steakhouse. The intimate dinner will be held in the back patio of the restaurant and the night will kick off with an indulgent gin and tonic cocktail reception. To preamble the whopping pork course, their signature tableside Caesar salad will be served in addition to polenta stirred from an 80-pound Grana Padano cheese wheel and bombolini with liquid nitrogen limoncello sorbet for dessert. Wine pairings will be available for $35.
