Umami's famed burgers have taken over this city and land in Westwood Village with its fast-casual version, U-Mini, for the nearby UCLA contingent. The Manly Burger ($11) fuses beer-cheddar cheese and onion rings in between its iconic brioche buns for a sodium overload.
