The chef behind Brat is heading to Nancy Silverton's Chi Spacca for a one-night-only live-fire dinner, where you'll be able to taste some of the Michelin-starred chef's fire-kissed cuisine that helped make him famous.
Expect an intimate, 40-seat meal from Parry, Silverton and Chi Spacca's executive chef, Ryan DeNicola, with courses such as smoked cod roe with fennel toast; Dover sole with smoked potatoes and hay butter; and wood-fired cheesecake with pear.
