Less-than-traditional Mexican cuisine is the order of the day at Todos Santos, a casual Baja-inspired eatery in Hollywood from the chef behind pandemic success story Ronnie’s Kitchen (and located right next door). Here, tacos, tostadas and even margaritas get the white glove treatment courtesy of fine dining alum Ronnie Muñoz, with plenty of tweaks and unconventional ingredients that add depth and nuance to otherwise familiar dishes. House pinwheels served with a surprisingly good blueberry salsa flip the script on the usual basket of tortilla chips, while seafood-centric dishes and wood-fired meats wrapped in paper-thin flour tortillas make for a standout option the next time you’re in the mood for everyday, sit-down Mexican fare. Outdoor dining available; limited street parking.
