Time Out says

The Huntington's famous tea room reopened in late May—and online reservations promptly booked out completely for the summer. If you're willing to wait until reservations release for the next three-month period (and buy a $28 admission ticket to the gardens), however, the tranquil setting and high-quality fare easily make this one of the best afternoon tea experiences in Los Angeles. Both the $62 traditional tea service and $75 premium option feature delicious scones, well-made sweets and marmalade made with citrus grown on-site, and you can also sip tea made with flowers from the rose garden right next door. The pricier tea includes sparkling wine, lobster salad and a housemade bonbon.
