Celebrate Love & Salt's one year anniversary with a collaborative dinner and fundraiser. The Manhattan Beach restaurant is hosting a four-course meal, with chefs Michael Fiorelli, Michael Voltaggio and Kelly Whitaker offering dishes like lamb neck arancini, wood roasted cuttlefish, wheat creste di gallo with lamb meatballs, and crostata with lemon marionberry ice cream. All proceeds will go towards the Tehachapi Grain Project, an endeavour started by local farmers to preserve and grow heirloom grains. Reservations can be made on Love & Salt's website.
