A high-end, local sandwich shop on a busy block near the Beverly Center, Soda Pop's has a humongous menu, with hot and cold sandwich options in addition to salads. Despite the almost intimidating selection, each sandwich is spectacularly designed and crafted; the breads are fresh and serve as a wonderful bookend for the high-end ingredients. The quality of the food, served in a high-rent neighborhood, means that the prices are bit steep, but the cost is balanced out by the thoughtful, complimentary side options, like homemade chips, soup or a salad. Try the chicken pesto—a perfect rendition of a classic— or one of the daily specials.
