Time Out says

Inspired by the ubiquitous Korean taco, founders Chris Oh, Ted Kim and Yong Kim attempted to do something different in 2010 with the creation of a Korean hot dog food truck. Fast forward two years, and his bright West LA storefront—complete with an eye-catching, appropriate "Make Sausage Not War" mural—offers diners proper seating while they tuck into plates of kimchi fried rice balls and the signature kalbi sausages, which come served in hot dog buns with kimchi relish.
