There are only a couple of tables at Savoy but if you've managed to squeeze in, order the Hainan chicken rice ($5.75). Though their other dishes—we like the baked seafood casserole—are just as tasty, the warm chicken plate is what you’re there for. It’s an all-white-meat poached poultry platter served with three dipping sauces (ginger-scallion, garlic-chili and dark soy) over a large serving of oily rice. Add an extra two dollars for dark meat.
